Graduate students
are encouraged to file petitions well in advance of the deadlines published below.
These deadlines are the absolute final dates to guarantee that your paperwork
will be handled in a timely fashion and that you will not automatically be assessed
late
fees.
Intercampus
Exchange Program (IEPGS)
applications
- 6 weeks prior
to the first day of the applicable quarter
In Absentia Registration
- 2 to 4 weeks
prior to the first day of the applicable quarter
Clearing to
Return from Leave
- 2 to 4 weeks
prior to the first day of the applicable quarter to assure protection from
late fees. (Note: All students are still responsible for meeting registration
and fee payment deadlines for the applicable quarter.)
Leave of Absence
deadline
- 5 working
days after the first day of classes to assure cancellation from quarter
and complete refund.
Add deadline
- The 15th day
of instruction.
Dropping courses
and changing grading options
- The
last day of instruction
Petition for
Incomplete Grade
- Last
day of the quarter. See the Calendar on pages 2-3 of the quarterly Schedule
of Classes.
